One of the most famous casino games, the roulette is present in all the casinos of the world.
The first form of the roulette appeared in France during 17th century even though it's current form is slightly different, the French roulette has been played since then.
Easy to master and enjoy the spinning wheel of fortune is well known to be extremely addictive.
The roulette game is quite old and well established all around the world.
As stated before, the French roulette is the oldest variant, and, in its original form, the zero wasn't on the wheel it was introduced in 1842 to add a steady advantage to the house.
During the 19th century the roulette arrived in the USA where, to further enhance the house advantage, was introduced the 00 and a different layout of the numbers on the cylinder giving birth to the American variant.
The game itself is quite simple: you choose a number, the wheel spins, the ball runs and if the ball falls in the right pit, you win but each variant has it's little secrets...
The French Roulette
This is the commonest variant all around the world, directly from the historical roulette, it's cylinder (“The wheel”) is divided into 37 numbers, from 0 to 36 whereas the numbers from 1 to 36 are divided into black and red numbers and the zero has his own colour, green.
